Who we work with. TechAPTO works with businesses of any size, as well as charities and public sector teams, who want to adopt automation but don't know where to start — or have been put off by tools that are more complex, and expensive, than they need. We're not locked to one industry. We're driven by the type of problem: unnecessary complexity, poor customer experience, or manual busywork eating up your team's time.
How we build
Every TechAPTO project follows the same method. It starts with a written plan that is agreed before any code is written. Separate roles then design the system, build the backend and frontend, test against agreed criteria, and fix what testing finds. The same people never test their own work. Data protection is designed in from the start, not added at the end.
